We follow the requirements of Australian Consumer Law, which means you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product has a major fault, is not as described, or is not fit for its intended purpose. Returns or refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases, customer error, or damage caused through misuse.

Eligibility for Returns

For eligible items, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Any issues must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be returned within 14 days from the initial contact. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect or faulty item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any eligible items. We strongly recommend a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of returned parcels without tracking.
